Our greatest commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you chose your product at USIRIAH, but upon receiving it, you found that there is a manufacturing defect, we guarantee your right to exchange or refund in accordance with the terms below:
Dissatisfaction with the product: Within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt.
Product is defective: Within 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt. (For defects such as a damaged product, the customer has the right to activate the guarantee if he contacts us within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt, and always send images and videos of the package received. If the customer contacts us after 24 hours, it will be considered that the problem was caused by misuse).
Remembering that the first step for exchange or return is to communicate with our Customer Service Center. Our team will instruct the customer on how to proceed with the return of the Product.
To return a product due to dissatisfaction:
The product must not have marks of use, the product must be sent in the way it was received, with the original packaging.
Once we receive the package, we will make an analysis to confirm that everything is in accordance with the conditions for returning the Item. After confirmation, our Service Team will contact you and in this case you will be able to choose between:
1. Exchange for any other product that is available in our stock.
2. Receive a refund of the amount spent on the products.
Shipping to return the product is the sole responsibility of the company for factory defects.

All products in the store have a 30-day warranty, counted after receiving the product.
In order for the warranty to be triggered, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute showing the problem. This video should also show the packaging of the product received.
The customer can also prove the defect by sending us photos that clearly show the defect and the product packaging must appear in the photo.
